THOUGHTS:
The ABH foundation stick has received so many varied reviews, that I thought I would throw mine in the ring to maybe help some people out. This foundation is by no means my favourite foundation. It is in a stick formula which means it has quite a creamy texture and is quite easy to apply and blend.
I found this foundation easy to use, and the shade range very comprehensible, and I also loved the option to have contouring and highlighting shades. I think the packaging is sleek and simple, and perfect for travel.
I think this foundation would be nice for anyone with normal to oily skin, or even oily skin. I do not think this would suit dry skin types as I believe it would eventuate the skin’s appearance of dry patches and add texture to dry skin.
I enjoy this foundation and think it works best with a brightening or dewy style primer rather than a mattifying, I would not consider it the longest wearing foundation, but does last quite well on my skin for around 6 hours of wear.
If you couldn’t tell from my review, even myself I am still relatively quite unsure how I feel about this foundation, but I think it will continue to be a ‘see how I feel on the day’ style foundation sadly. I think if you can try it out give it a go, because it is relatively affordable, and does have a large variety of shades, but definitely isn’t for everyone.
If you have tried this foundation, please let me know along with your skin type so that others can maybe have a better indication of how this foundation may work for you!
Thank you for reading!
Thanks for your honest review! I’ve been curious about this foundation but I think I’ll wait till I can try in store.
