The Holiday season has rolled around so super quickly this year, and I’ve been caught off guard quite frankly. I have put together some of my favourite products that I think would make a beautiful Holiday or Christmas gift depending on what you personally celebrate. Regardless, if you celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah or Kwanzaa or any other kind of religious or cultural celebration coming up, I hope that you have a fabulous holiday period and a beautiful New Year.
I’ve compiled some ideas for Holiday gifts that I think would be beautiful to give to someone special in your life. This is the first of two gift guides, and I have an ‘Under $50’ suggestions to follow this for more affordable gifts to give.
MON PURSE – Small Pencil Case $79AUD:
Mon Purse is such a fabulous gift idea because personalisation is such a beautiful touch to any regular looking bag, clutch or case. I think this is a beautiful gift for anyone as the size is perfect, it fits well in a large handbag or is a perfect little travel bag for in carry on luggage. There is a huge range of colours in this range, and obviously, the personalisation adds a special touch.
CHARLOTTE TILBURY – The Gift Of Magic Skin $105AUD:
Charlotte Tilbury is far better known for her makeup range, but I was blown away by how beautiful her cream skin care products have been to use. I have been obsessed with the ‘Magic Cream’ under my makeup before I apply my primer and have found that it gives my skin the most beautiful glow whilst not affecting my foundation. This set is such a gorgeous way to try out the products from Charlotte Tilbury’s skincare range.
CHARLOTTE TILBURY – Stars In Your Eyes Palette $129AUD:
I’ve written a full review of this palette, which I will link below. In summation, it’s a beautiful palette that blends with ease, has plenty of colour combinations and classic packaging which includes a mirror. Being more expensive than the average eyeshadow palette, I think this makes the perfect gift being something a little bit special for whoever is receiving it.
BOBBI BROWN – Highlight & Glow Highlighting Powder Duo $130:
Bobbi Brown highlighting powders are a thing of beauty, that I’ve coveted for the longest time. I’m so glad that I managed to get this palette, as it has a pink toned highlight and a bronze toned highlight meaning that it covers and compliments the majority of looks. There is also a beautiful full-size mirror which makes it perfect for travelling, and the packaging is stunning as well which is always a beautiful addition to any Christmas gift.
THE DAILY EDITED – 13′ Laptop Case: $149.95AUD:
If you know someone at University, who uses their laptop for work, or even a high school student that takes there’s with them, I think this is such a gorgeous gift, and something nicer than just a regular laptop bag. I love this as I travel for University and currently my internship. A really nice touch and something a little bit more personal for whoever you’re gifting to.
VS SASSOON – Digital Sensor Dryer: $169-199AUD:
Another product that I have a full website post regarding with a more thorough review of the digital dryer. I love this hairdryer, and particularly the diffuser attachment as it makes drying my hair so much faster than just letting it air dry. I love that it works on the optimal temperature to help prevent damage to the hair whilst making it so much faster to get ready in a morning and even nicer getting in bed of an evening without having wet hair.
BOBBI BROWN – Ready, Set, Party Deluxe Eye & Cheek Palette $200:
I’m personally normally very sceptical regarding all-encompassing palettes like this because at times they can be very lacking in substance and the quality at times suffers. However, I have been blown away by the quality of this palette and have found the shadows, powders and brushes to all be of classic Bobbi Brown cosmetics quality, and have been blown away by the eyeshadows and love the colour combinations. Highly recommend for someone who travels often, or just wants this incredible blue velvet holiday set.
CLARISONIC – Mia Fit $315AUD:
I recommended the Clarisonic in lasts year gift guide, and I think I’ll always recommend it as I think its such an incredible gift to receive. I love skincare, and I believe the gift of better skin, is such a gorgeous gift to give another. I love Clarisonic and think any skincare lover would be thrilled to receive, be sure to look into the variety of brush heads that they have in the range including the sensitive and the deep pore cleansing brush head.
