There have been few products that I’ve ever been more excited about than the Hollywood Flawless Filter. It’s a product that is well loved online and very popular with the YouTube and Instagram community, which made me incredibly curious.
Not only is this product well loved, I am personally obsessed with the Charlotte Tilbury brand, her beauty and even skincare is incredible. I have never been disappointed by a product from Charlotte Tilbury, but please keep in mind that often means I have higher expectations that with other brands.

Thoughts:
I’m not shocked and anyone who follows me closely will know that I live for the glow. Glowy products are my favourites. I want to have all the healthy glow, without sacrificing the overall lasting power of my makeup application, so I tend to love mixing in products like this into my foundation or applying before my foundation.
I love this special product, it is slightly unique to anything I’ve used before and the lightweight texture doesn’t make this feel like I’m applying another extra layer.
I love the glow this gives to my skin, and it really is that ‘light catching’ kind of glow and creates a really flawless canvas for makeup to be applied onto, or could easily be worn alone.
I must say that I personally have both ‘shade 1 – fair’ and ‘shade 5 tan’. Both shades work for me, but for very different reasons. Fair is much more true to my shade, and the shade Tan is obviously much darker than what I would normally wear, but it works beautifully as a bronze kind of shade with my skin tone.

Personally I would not be able wear a darker shade than the shade 5, but it looks gorgeous on my skin and adds a beautiful bronze glow, I really think this would work for anyone who is normally a light complexion or darker. The fair shade worked easily for me personally, but any darker would have been suitable as well as there is a lot of translucency to this product and it does blend out seamlessly.
I’ve also been mixing both shades together to create a beautiful glow, and have also been using shade 5 around the permitters of my face, and focusing shade 1 on the centre of my face.
I adore this product and now get excited to use it in my makeup routine as I am just loving how it helps to boost my appearance with a healthy glow and generally brighten up my makeup. I really do recommend picking this up if you have been considering it as I had been, I was definitely not disappointed.
I hope and pray that Charlotte Tilbury goes into stores one day! I would prefer to swatch something like a foundation before I buy it.

I think it would suit Mecca so much! Hopefully she launches in Australian stores soon, I’m pretty sure CT has recently entered US Sephora. Thank you for reading x
