BODY: Bondi Sands Aero.

Bondi Sands make two of my favourite self tanners, the Liquid Gold & 1 Hour Express. Both are affordable in the realms of self tanning, and create a beautiful natural appearing tan, but honestly I hate applying tan and the whole process, anything to make it easier is what I look for.

I always want a faster drying tan and one that doesn’t feel sticky, because I often sleep in my tan to emphasis the depth of the colour, and out of pure laziness often.

Price: $24.99AUD – I picked mine up at 40% off ($14.99AUD) at Priceline recently, so maybe keep your eyes peeled for a sale.

Size: 225mL.

Available: Priceline, Active Skin.

Claims: “Sand, sea and sun, the enviable Australian image. Experience the next generation in tanning, with Bondi Sands Aero Self Tanning Foam. With dual tanning actives and our signature coconut scent, this ultra lightweight aerosol foam will leave your skin glowing like a day on Bondi beach. “

This tan is a lazy girl like mine’s dream. It dries into the skin so super quickly, and dries down making it easier to wear around the house whilst drying, or to sleep in.

I found the colour a little darker than the 1 hour express which was my previous favourite foam tan from the brand. I love the Liquid Gold from Bondi Sands as well, and love to layer the Liquid Gold on a day or two after initial wash off.

I also found that this exfoliated off my body a little bit easier than the other foam style tans from the brand. I really enjoy a tan that isn’t super troublesome to remove and renew.

One thing I have noticed since wearing this more often, is that it does transfer more than the 1 Hour Express from Bondi Sands, so something to keep in mind when wearing the tan, I would say stay away from white a little bit if you’re going to be wearing this.

If you’re a fan of the 1 Hour Express type feel, but want a colour that’s a little bit darker, then this could be a really good option for you. I can’t comment on how quickly this can washed off, as I personally do sleep in my tan. However, the colour is a little darker which means that it tends to last a little longer on the skin, which I personally appreciate.

So if you’re in the market for an affordable, ultra fast drying tan then I highly recommend checking out the Bondi Sands Aero.
